Here you will find information about Compact Disc (CD), Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) and Blu-ray Disc (BD) in all their forms (ROM and Recordable formats), especially how they are manufactured, duplicated and used for digital publishing.

We also cover duplication equipment such as, CD and DVD recorders (burners), duplicators, publishers, printers as well as software. Some aspects of the optical disc data storage, publishing and duplication industries and history are presented, along with information about new developments in this field. We also offer links to other great websites with more information on these subjects.

Site News and Changes

The site is slowly undergoing a complete revision. If you are a returning visitor, you will instantly notice our new look. But the changes go deeper than surface appearances. In the course of this redesign we are examining and updating all articles in this large site (over 200 pages of hand-coded HTML), and even reorganizing the directory structure. The original framework has served us well for the past fifteen years, but now it's time to bring it into the present. If you have built deep links to specific pages here, please update them since the redirect pages may disappear at some point.
